Knowledge Base
Maintaining a knowledge base offers many benefits. These include enabling customers and visitors to help themselves, providing internal resources for your customer support agents, and allowing your AI bot to read the knowledge base and answer customer queries, thereby saving you time and enhancing the customer experience.
Custom Domain
You can make your knowledge base public on a domain of your choice.
- Create a CNAME record that points to help.deskdingo.com.
- Navigate to the Settings page in the dashboard, scroll down to the Help Center Domains section and add your domain to the list.
AI Bot
Your AI bot has access to all of the articles in your knowledge base by default. If you want to prevent the bot from using an article, you can switch off the bot's access.
Internal Articles
The articles in your knowledge base are public by default. If you wish to keep any article for internal use only, you can switch off public access.
