Maintaining a knowledge base offers many benefits. These include enabling customers and visitors to help themselves, providing internal resources for your customer support agents, and allowing your AI bot to read the knowledge base and answer customer queries, thereby saving you time and enhancing the customer experience.

Custom Domain

You can make your knowledge base public on a domain of your choice.

  1. Create a CNAME record that points to help.deskdingo.com.
  2. Navigate to the Settings page in the dashboard, scroll down to the Help Center Domains section and add your domain to the list.
