Office Hours
You can set your office hours in the Settings page. These help visitors to your website know if you are available for chat or not, and let's them know when you will be back in office to help them.
If no one is online and it is not during the specified office hours, the user can still send messages. If you have the dashboard installed and notifications enabled on a mobile device, you should receive push notifications if the conversation is routed to you.
If you receive messages while no agent is available, you can respond to the messages even after the visitor has left. When the visitors come back, they will be able to continue the conversation.
