DeskDingo offers the basic features for free for unlimited seats. This includes:

• Unlimited seats
• Unlimited chats
• Unlimited websites (you can install the live chat widget on unlimited number of websites)
• Canned responses
• Custom branding
• 7 day chat history
• Conversation routing

You can use the free features forever with providing a credit card.

Add-ons

In addition, you can choose to add on the following paid features:

• Unlimited chat history: $5 / seat / mo
• Ad removal: $5 / seat / mo. This will remove the "Powered by DeskDingo" link at the bottom of the chat widget.
• AI Bot: Basic: $0.01 / message; Plus: $0.05 / message. The basic AI bot has a basic intelligence - enough for simple cases. The plus AI bot has more intelligence and can call functions with greater accuracy. You are billed per message sent by the AI bot.
• AI Drafts: Basic: $0.01 / message; Plus: $0.05 / message. Basic drafts have a basic intelligence - enough for simple cases. Plus drafts have more intelligence and can call functions with greater accuracy. You are billed per message generated, even if you do not send the message.

You will be billed monthly. If the number of active agents changes, your bill will be prorated the following month. You will not be billed for agents who are invited, but only for those who accept your invitations.
